I finished reading Swimming Home last night. It is quite an easy read, but did I like the characters?? Did I care?? The last few chapters certainly need thinking about and I will read them again today. I was surprised two characters confessed the occupations of their Mothers. Was that deeply significant or merely irritating??
However all quite fascinating and at least it didn't take too long to read first time.
